calcake gives your pastelaria an order page for celebration cakes. Customers choose the size, the filling and the inscription, attach a photo of the design they want, and pick a pickup day that still has room. The order reaches you complete, and it is only confirmed once the deposit arrives.
No card needed to start. Set up the menu, share the link, and see if it saves you phone calls.
The problem it is for
Cake orders come in by phone and WhatsApp, a few lines at a time. The size is in one message, the filling in another, the name for the inscription is spelled two ways and nobody wrote down the pickup time. Orders get forgotten, Saturday fills past what the kitchen can make, and a cake nobody paid for stays on the counter when the customer does not come.
What it does
A complete order form
Your sizes with prices, your fillings, the inscription with a character limit your decorator agrees with, and notes for allergies or colours.
Reference photos
The customer attaches the picture they have in mind. It is on the order and on the production list, not lost in a chat.
Pickup calendar with daily capacity
You say how many cakes the kitchen can make per day and how much notice you need. Full and closed days cannot be chosen.
Deposit first
Each order asks for a deposit, by MB WAY, transfer or however you take it. Unpaid orders are released after the time you set, and the day frees up.
Daily production list
Tomorrow's cakes in pickup order, with how many of each size and filling at the top. Prints on one sheet for the kitchen.
Phone orders too
Paste a WhatsApp message and calcake fills in the counter form from it, and lists what the customer has not told you yet.
How it works
- Create an account and name your bakery. You get an address like
calcake.lp-data.cloud/your-bakery. - Set your sizes, prices, fillings, daily capacity, notice period and how customers pay the deposit.
- Put the link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp replies and on the counter.
- Orders arrive complete. Mark the deposit as received, the cake as ready and as collected.
What it costs
The order page is free for the first month. After that it is a monthly subscription to keep taking orders online; your orders, the production list and the counter form keep working either way.
